Unable to change region on Apple account

I’ve tried to change my address from the USA to the UK with everything. I haven’t even had any subscription/purchase with my other card. But it’s just not letting me change. Whenever I’m done providing the info, the click ‘done’ on top right but it doesn’t change anything. Help

What to do before you change your country



Do not do it using your iPhone.


Change your Apple ID country online

  1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click Personal Information.
  3. Tap or click Country/Region.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions. You must enter a valid payment method for your new country or region.*
