Can’t change account region

I am from Ukraine and now went to the UK because of war. Many apps are unavailable for me in the UK because “they are not available in my country or region”. 


So I decided to change my region to the UK. I went to the official Apple site to see the instructions (https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT201389), but after choosing the region (UK) and setting a new card for Apple Store and adding the shipping address and clicking next, nothing changed. My region was still Ukraine. Already a week has passed or so. Today I tried again, but now I canceled all my subscriptions, but it still doesn’t work.


The problem is that I even can't ask apple support because “this feature is not available in your country or region”. Also, I am in A small town where aren't any apple stores around. What to do?

Make a request to zero out any remaining balance on your account by contacting Customer Support by phone or chat:

Cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.

Click ▶︎ Change Region. 🌐
