Error deleting files from Desktop and Documents on Mac

So i am trying to delete some files from my documents and desktop but i keep getting this error, these are files that are on my actual computer not my icloud drive, and when i try to delete my icloud from my computer i get this error as well. Also i'd like to point out that i have sync documents and desktop turned off on my icloud drive.

If anyone could please help, this is so frustrating

If you are using iCloud Drive try turning the sync back on, then delete your local files...and compare your results.
