How can I claim access to Apple TV promo on my new iPhone 16 Pro

On November I’ve bought new 16 pro in Poland, I remember that on two previous purchases I always got 3 months of Apple TV - but sadly not this time, does anyone know if this promo is still active and if yes how can I claim access to Apple TV?

Have you used the free plan offer previously? If yes, memory tells me you don't get it again.
