AirPods Pro not updating

I have AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I’ve tried factory resetting my AirPods, cleaning the case and the AirPods and updating my phone to the latest update. My AirPods are on version 3A283, the latest version is 7B21. I’ve tried almost everything. My nearest Apple Store is a 2 hour drive, I would rather try to resolve the issue myself. Any suggestions please??
