It seems itunes has updated or something and it's blinding me. I can't put the main store page in dark mode anymore. There is no appearances in the General preferences tab anymore. I can't find a way to make it dark. Also I have dark mode on my windows but it's not affecting itunes now. It just changed. Can anyone help?

Revert to the previous build that had the feature that you want. Links are at the very bottom of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community. Uninstall the current version and any other related Apple software before installing an older build. Depending on what changed in the recent build you may have to restore the previous library from the Previous iTunes Libraries folder.
