Touch bar flickering issue on MacBook Pro

What is this rubbish with Apple products? While I was checking with many in the community, there are lots of users who are facing the same problem as mine but Apple hasn't advised them a support except an extra burden of INR 48000 (Approximately $600) which is too much on me.

I personally feel that this is because of some bug otherwise how come this flickering would stop while using the keyboard and the moment I stop using the keyboard, the flickering starts and it's annoying.

Can I expect some solution to this?
