I am using MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1.
Optimised Batter Charging- appears to have Stopped working for the last few weeks. I did ask for a "Charge to full" fuel weeks ago and after that the Battery appears charging to 100 % all the time and Charging symbol appears even when battery is fully charged. Battery settings are for Optimised charging. Is this an issue noticed by others ?
I would suggest updating from Sonoma 14.61, released Aug 7, 2024

Always make a Time Machine Backup before doing any upDates
Cone back in about 2 -3 weeks.
See if the Algorithm coded into macOS has Learned your charger patterns

It has been around since macOS 11 Big Sur released released Sept 2021 and has no doubt been refined with each successive version of macOS
As for AI’s role in all this battery optimizing issue
Perhaps the user misunderstands what and how Apple Intelligence ( AI ) works
To help clear this up.
