Login keychain password issue for outgoing mail on MacBook Pro

I can't send any outgoing mail. Error message says

"Mail wants to sign using key "privateKey" in your keychain. To allow this, enter the "login" keychain password.

But my computer login does not work, it keeps popping up, blocking my workday. help
