Beacons (aka web beacons) are tracking pixels that advertisers and others may embed in images and emails. They are usually only 1 pixel in size, so they cannot be seen.

You can use browser plugins like Privacy Badger and uBlock Origin to block most tracking cookies & beacons. Check both to see if your browser is compatible with them. I know that Firefox & Chrome are compatible. Some other browser privacy plugins can also block beacons & tracking cookies.

All browsers can delete cookies. Check the settings in your browser. I set mine to remove all cookies whenever I close the browser.

Cookies are visible & can be managed in your browser. For example:

In Safari, go to Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data

In Firefox, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies & Site Data > Manage Data

Is this a general question, or is there some problem you are trying to solve?

Just to add, in Brave and Chrome you can also delete Cookies in Settings > Privacy and Security.

Sorry. No idea what "beacons" are but you can certainly delete cookies from browsers.
