Copy formula as text
I have a formula, SUMIFS(AMOUNT,CHECKBOOK::'MiKE: CHECKING',A11,MONTH,B11). It refers to a spreadsheet on another tab. On that tab I have a specific date in Cell C235 of 1/9/2025. On that same spreadsheet, in a separate Cell B235 I have a formula: =C235 and have it formatted as Jan 2025.
I want to copy the numeric result of this formula into a cell on another cell in a different tab. When I refer to cell B235 which has a formula, it returns $0.00, however if I go back to cell B235 and manually type in Jan 2035 it gives me the result I want, in this case $586.04 the sam of my Feb amounts. Excel doesn't have this problem. It will return the result of the formula instead of having to physically type in the date. Help would be appreciated. Copy/Paste formula result doesn't solve my issue.
