How can I escalate apple support , they didn't do what we agreed upon and not responding back

I contacted apple support to purchase apple care+ as it showed me on the website that it was eligible (first problem showing wrong status on the website )

They told me I am not eligible anymore but could do an expection as an extra mile to fix my laptop at no cost

I had two open tickets with two different senior managers who told me the same

I submitted my laptop at the apple store , they finished it and no exception was made and the laptop is repaired waiting for me to pay the invoice and pick it.

Now I tried to contact apple support from the link I had on the ticket but no one calls me back

Tried to contact apple support issuing a new ticket , he told me that he found no exception and that he cannot do further escalation.

I need to escalate further , because I took the action to repair it at apple based on the first promise, I could have other options like even buying a new laptop or repairing it else where .

And actually it is frustrating and non professional to tell customers things and not fulfill them (calls are recorded )

So any advice on this situation ?

Talk to the Apple Store or AASP manager and provide them with your Case# number the person at Apple provided to you during the discussion about an exception. Many times the Case# is created automatically when launching any online chat with Apple and is displayed in the chat window and should be available if you saved the chat afterwards.

Or you can contact Apple corporate to tell them your story to see if they can get someone to assist you.

FYI, what did the Apple tech at the store tell you about the repair cost when you dropped off the laptop for repair? They should have clearly told you what they were going to charge you at that time. You should have received some sort of work authorization form to sign which clearly defined the work and repair costs. I know that I would have mentioned the Repair Exception and made sure to confirm it at the time of dropping off the device for repair.
