Recurring Apple ID password reset issue

Hello Apple Support Team,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my Apple ID. Over the past month, I’ve had to reset my password 6–8 times, even though I’m certain I’m entering the correct password. Each time I try to sign in, I either see an error saying my password is incorrect or that my identity can’t be verified.

I’d really appreciate any help resolving this once and for all, as continually resetting my password is becoming inconvenient. Could you please look into my account and let me know what might be causing these repeated password reset requirements?

Thank you very much for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Change your Apple ID email address and make sure you are using two factor authentication:

If someone else is attempting to access your account, it will be locked, requiring you to reset your password, after too many failed attempts.
