How can I convert my CV to PDF on my MacBook?

I have tried to change the CV by using Command and I but that did not work, I tried using adobe but found it confusing and was not sure on which one to pick. I kept getting messages that the file was an invalid extension on MacBook when I tried to convert it, also when I tried adobe I kept getting error messages. Please can someone help me?

Safe a File in PDF:

To save a file as a PDF document, you'd print this as a PDF document. As and example, here is how to do so in Safari.

  1. Go to: File Menu
  2. Select: Print...
  3. Click: "V" at PDF on the bottom left corner of the window
  4. Select: Save to DPF
  5. Choose: the location
  6. Click: Save button
  7. Open the Document.
