I can’t verify my capital one Venture card in Apple Wallet on MacOS 15.3.1 (24D70)

This is ridiculous, this is on Visa's side, not Apple or Capital One. I've already spent 2 hours on with both vendors, both escalated the issue and pointed me to dead ends. Good luck and please respond to the message board if you discover the solution.
