How do I set up raise to answer for a blind person on iPhone?
I’m trying set up raise to answer for a blind person. ( not auto answer) Is this possibe?

I don't believe it is possible with an iPhone.
Have you considered using Siri: Announce calls, messages, and more with Siri on iPod touch - Apple Support. When Siri announces a call you have the option to decline.
