Why is my Apple Cash account still locked after 72 hours?

My Apple Cash account was lock iv called and they gave me 48hrs this is 72hrs nothing as been done please kindly work on it and help

You’ll need to speak to an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank. Apple has no access to you financial information with the bank. Please review the support article I linked to below.
