Missing iCloud numbers file

I have a numbers file on iCloud that I use every day. Last night it wasn't there.

It was no longer in the recent menu on numbers, but it was in the recent menu under the apple menu on my Mac mini. However clicking on it did nothing.

I logged onto iCloud on safari and it wasn't in the deleted files under data recovery.

Numbers.app on iCloud using safari could not list recent items. It told me to come back later. I did but it said the same thing.

All the other numbers files I use, some of them daily, were still there.

I toggled off the numbers app in the iCloud settings, restarted and toggled it back on. Still gone.

I accessed iCloud numbers.app on my iPhone 16 and my iPad with the same results.
