Multiply Duration on iPad Numbers

I want to multiply duration by a whole number and get the result in hours and/or minutes. Cell A is an alpha description, Cell B is the whole number (12) and Cell C is the time (0h4m) and Cell D calculates BxC (DUR2HOURS(B1) X (C1)). The result is 0.80. How do I get the result to be 1h20m?

You don't.

The answer is 0.8 hours (4 minutes x 12 = 48 minutes, not 1 hour 20 minutes).

Or maybe you mean what do you need to do to scale this value up to 1h 20m? Multiply it by 5/3.

Maybe what you mean is how do you get column D to show a duration value rather than a real number? simple - remove the DUR2HOURS() function. It isn't needed.

DUR2Hours(4m) * 12 = 0.8 (a number of hours)

4m * 12 = 0h 48m (a duration)

DUR2Hours(4m) * 12 = 0.8 (a number of hours)

4m * 12 = 0h 48m (a duration)
