After buying the fake iphone I inserted my SIM card on the fake one and then put it back on my own one. Is it possible that my personal information could be hacked or something? I didn't login on apple id or anything else on that fake iphone.

The only information on you SIM is that required to connect it to your carrier, e.g. mobile number, IMEI. None of your personal data like contacts, email, notes, pictures is stored on the SIM.

There are a number of things you could do to find out if it is a fake phone.
Go into Settings and press/tap Control centre. If no apps appear, then, try General , then tap any of the 5 headings , i.e. Name, iOS version, Model name, Model number, Serial number. If anything seems out of place, then it is fake, but only your bank and a copy of the receipt may be able to give you a refund. But keep a few copies of the receipt in case the bank 'loses' the original.
