Can an admin on a linked Mac access my files, phone, or iCloud information?

I left my job and no longer have access to the Mac that my phone was linked to. Can someone with an admin account on that Mac see any of my files, phone or iCloud information?

If your phone was under MDM management by your employer, you need to ask them to remove it from that. (This is something that only they can do – you can't remove it yourself.)

You also need to make sure that you are using your own Apple Account.

This will only help as far as keeping them from seeing new data, going forward. If you had the phone and the Mac linked through a single Apple Account, or the Mac had copies of the data that you had on that phone, the horse is out of the barn as far as them being able to see that existing data.
