Ticketmaster tickets not activating in Apple Wallet.

Ticketmaster tickets not activating in Apple Wallet. Tickets are visible on the Ticketmaster site. This only became an issue after purchasing a new iphone 16 plus. If I transfer tickets to another iphone user, that user is able to view the tickets in the Apple Wallet.
