I am trying to disable the duplicate feature when I share my spreadsheet. I have it set to VIEW ONLY, and I want people to be able to see the updates in real time, but I dont want anyone to be able to save a copy for themselves.
Is this possible?
Numbers doesn’t have a built-in way to fully prevent someone from duplicating a shared file. You could try using iCloud’s file sharing options, which let you share a file with restricted permissions. Still, even with these restrictions, there’s no way to completely prevent someone from manually capturing the data, such as by taking screenshots.
