I just got the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. I can no longer use apple pay or my wallet to pay for things because my account does not recognize my new phone. How do I correct that?

What account are you referring to, Apple Account, Apple Cash, Apple Card, debit card, credit card or what exactly?
I was using apple pay. The phone was not registered with the account. However, following up on it, it now works (at least on a different retailer).
