How do I manually add old cards in Apple Wallet?

I realize we can only delete the old cards that are not automatically going to expired cards. It would be good to be able to add them manually to expired cards.

Some information is stored in the Secure Element and users do not have access to information stored there for Security reasons. Users do not have access to adding passes etc. All passes, keys, tickets, even loyalty cards are added through secure websites or secure mobile apps.

Most airlines permit you to keep the boarding passes and hide them from view. Have you explored that option?
