How do I request a refund for an unlisted subscription in the App Store?
I bought a subscription for F1tv a few days ago. But it didn't show up on my account, so they told me from F1 that it was the wrong subscription. I wanted to change my subscription and I could do this for free via the app store because it was the same amount. However, this didn't work, so I requested a refund and I bought the correct subscription all over again and this works now, but I can't request a refund for the previous subscription because it's not listed. So I've now lost €200 while I should get another €99 back, but this isn't possible.
