I dont have a menu bar in 14.3 numbers?

Are you running the app full-screen?
What happens when you run the mouse to the top of the screen? does it appear then?
What about if you hit the green button in the window title bar?
Numbers on the iPad has a different interface suited to that platform.
You should see a row of icons up top and that's it. No "menu" like the one you would see in Numbers for the Mac.
