Emoticon Button Pop-up on Mac Suddenly Disappears

I mean every time I click the emoji button then click the emoji that I want it disappears after just one click, but I've found solution to it since there's no setting that can fix it.

Here's how I did to make the emoji pop-up stay still after I click it.

1) First, drag your cursor outside of the comment box, don't type anything yet, click the outer part of the comment box or wherever as long as the typing cursor didn't show up, then click the emoji button.

2) After the emoji pop-up appears, click any emoji.

3) Then drag your cursor back to your comment box or wherever you wanted to type, then you can finally see that the emoji pop-up is stay still even after one click, like this ☺️☺️☺️🤩🤩🤩😓😓😓
