Hide my email ApplePay subscription - STUCK!

Hi,

This concerns the website: https://brainwavemusic.com/ paying via ApplePay HME...

1. I signed up for a free 14-day trial on the above website - can't login/reset password/activate account - not receiving any emails from them except this initial generic "This notice confirms that your password was changed on My WordPress" (but changed to what?!)

2. When I signed up for the free trial (via ApplePay), this email address seems to be connected: odd******th@icloud.com

3. This isn't a valid email address - it's masking my Apple iCloud email address: kjd*****84@gmail.com

4. I still can't login/reset password/activate account with my Apple iCloud email address (or any email address)

5. Today I've been charged USD 4.99 and I wish to cancel my subscription because I'm not using it (free/easier to access on YouTube/Spotify) - the Company is yet to reply to my emails

Can you (Apple) support here at all?
