Unauthorized charges from my Apple Wallet

My apple wallet has been hit for 45.00 twice once last month and once this month each for 45.00. I am 75 years old and I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how this is happening to me. The only charge authorized on my wallet is 2.99 a month for I cloud storage. We had an appointment at 6:3 but nobody called me or my phone did not ring. I need help here. I cannot pay all this. My medicine cannot be purchased b because money keeps coming out of my wallet.
