Why is Siri not speaking on macOS 15.4 after saying 'Hey Siri'?

I install Macos 15.4. When I say Hey Siri, I hear the Siri startup sound but it doesn't speak, it just shows text. voice feedback open and ı try close siri and reopen but still same.

Have you shut down and restarted more than once since your "I install Macos 15.4"...(?)

i would try changing voices and/or language and compare your results

Possiblty related, I can't get the text-to-speech (Accessibility > Spoken Content) to work on 15.4. It will read a bit, then it stops and the controller disappears. if you try to restart it, the controller appears briefly and disappears. I got the same results after two restarts and with a safe startup. I think I got it to work by NOT using the Siri (voice 4) voice. I switched to Ralph or something and it stopped crashing.
