How can I activate 'Find My Mac' on my MacBook Pro M2?

Help me activate Find My Mac on my MacBook Pro M2.

I’ve already tried signing out of my Apple ID, rebooting the MacBook, and turning Location Services off and on again — but Find My Mac still appears as off in the device info, and I can’t see my MacBook listed in Find My.

Even though I’ve already turned on Find My Mac in iCloud settings, it’s still not working.

I had this issue as well and contacted Apple Support whom opened a ticket for resolution for 4 days. However, while waiting, I was able to solve this issue myself. Simply save all your files on a hard drive and reset your MacBook. If you have much saved on iCloud Drive and not on your MacBook the process is super easier. Once reset your MacBook, the 'Find My Mac' will automatically be activated. Good luck !
