How do I register my iPod Nano that I just purchased under my Apple ID?
I just purchased an iPod Nano 8th Generation on eBay, and I'd like to have is show up under my list of devices registered to my Apple ID. How would I do that?

There’s no means to do that. iPod Nano doesn’t have an associated Apple Account, doesn’t have Activation Lock, and isn’t supported with the Apple Music subscription.
