How can I disable Apple Pay notifications on iPhone?

I don’t want to set up and definitively don’t want my iPhones keep asking for it.

Since updating to 16.7.2, I get pop-up Apple System messages that interrupt my activity and tell me to “Finish setting up iPad” by setting up Apple Pay. How do I bypass this step? remove apple pay setup reminder Updating to ios 17 has now re-prompted the "finish your setup" reminders for apple pay. I don't want to use apple pay. How do I remove the reminders?
