Apple Pay still doesn’t send me money to bank account.

I have a question. The company sent me money on Apple Pay. But the money was not credited to the card that was tied to Apple Pay. Where can I find this money?

Money can’t be sent on Apple Pay. Apple Pay provides safe storage of credit and debit cards and their associated personal and financial information. Apple Pay sends encrypted data to the merchant. That’s the end of it. If you return an item, it’s like any other refund involving a credit or debit card. The funds are transferred from the merchant’s bank using the ACH network, to the bank that issued the payment method you used. Apple is not involved.

Please contact the merchant about your refund. If you need to track the refund, ask the merchant for the refunds Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). Give the ARN to your bank and request they track the refund.
