My Visa card was hacked using the App Pay app

Your first call should be to the number on the back of your VISA card. They can deactivate the card and send you a new one. You can also discuss any options you may have regarding the withdrawn money.

IF your card was compromised, it was not done via Apple Pay.

That simply didn't happen.

Work with your bank and law enforcement to determine what actually happened.

Did you receive a text, email or phone call purporting to be Apple Pay Support? If so, that was a phishing attempt from scammers.
