No one here can fix anything. This is a user to user only forum. If your phone is overheating and lagging, have you checked your Battery Health? Both issues you've described are symptomatic of a battery which may be failing, not necessarily an issue with iOS 26. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery health is close to or below 80%, the battery in your iPhone needs to be replaced, which will solve heating and lagging issues.

After the update on ios 26, I have got 2 issues in my 11 pro max:
- 3D wallpapers are not setting up on lockscreen.
- My iphone is lagging and shows lag in using the phone.
Mine is doing the same thing!
