Latest Update Black noise line appearing in video in Final Cut Pro

I updated my system to Tahoe and got latest update for video. Now I'm working with video that I loaded and for the first time I'm getting a weird straight dancing noise line up the middle of Final Cut Pro. The video itself does not have the line when I play it alone with Quicktime only in Final Cut. I thought it just might be when I'm playing it in Final Cut and was hoping it did not export like that but it does. I have a Macmini M2 Pro maxed processor and 32gb ram. Don't know what can be causing it does anyone have a solution or work around for this? Thx

In addition to what Ian said: does it happen to any and all videos? What is the video codec and container format?

Does it happen if you create a new library and import a video there?

Seems like a few people have the same issues. Hopefully Apple can find a solution. Happening on every video unfortunately that I use Magnetic Mask to separate the person from a solid background. If I put in the video and magnetic mask it is not used it's fine. I have tried both the mask on the Person or the mask on the background. If I do the background I can cut off the upper part of image that person is not on and it helps but if I choose the person it will create the line on them.

Before I comp everything in Final Cut The video is clear no lines. Then when I bring it into Final Cut and export video line appears. Against a light scene it is dark against a dark scene it is light and only in the middle it seems.

yes it's happening to all videos. I bring them in mp4 and the format is HVEC. just started with the latest update. never happened before.
