Urgent: AppleCare+ subscription cancellation

I need to cancel of my AppleCare+ for my laptop (MacBook Air 13"). I cannot finish setup my account for unknown reasons,

The payment for this subscription was made by someone who I cannot reach out now and I do not want the billing to be on their card so please I need an urgent response to this matter.
