Finder wants to make changes popup after upgrade to Tahoe

Finders keeps popping up, Finder wants to make changed, Use touch ID or password to allow. I can do this but I keep getting this until I force Finder to restart. Then it works for about 15min and the popup appears again.

Had the same issue but not in Safe Mode/Other user. Found out the issue was related to the Synology Drive app (used for Time Machine backups). Revoking Full Disk access for the Synology Drive app made the "Finder wants to make changes" popups stop.

Rebooted and the Finder messages popping up again. Images below.... Again, worked fine until the update. Is there a way to figure out which extension might be causing the issue? I've had various Mac's for 15+ years and this is the first time I've run into any issue like this upgrading to a new OS.

Can you verify you are signed into your AppleID/Account on all devices...if that is the issue(?)

I am having the exact same issue since I upgraded to Tahoe. I updated to 26.0.1 last night and hoped that would fix it, but no luck. It constantly asks for my password and whether I enter it or just hit cancel, it asks again and again. I can hit Esc 20-30 times and then it goes away for a bit, then starts asking again.

I have not booted in Safe mode yet, so I will give that a try.
