Subscription cancellation fails with 401 error on macOS Sequoia

I am trying to cancel a subscription for at least an hour. The 'Cancel Button' hangs and does nothing, opening the Inspection network tabs seems to mention that the /cancel endpoint returns 401. I cant find and way to contact apple support without calling them or using an app that does not work on mac OS. Any ideas?

(tried from Firefox,Chrome,Safari)

Thank you, that worked

For anyone facing the same issue in the future, seems like the web UI has some problems, however the App Store App actually works just fine, so use that instead.
