“Remove” option greyed out on Find My

Hello all, I have recently had to get in touch with Apple Support to get my Apple Watch Ultra replaced and part of the process was to remove the watch from Find My. In the app on my devices the watch showed up but the option to ‘remove’ was greyed out. It was the same for all of my other devices (iPad and MacBook) except for my iPhone, Pencil and AirPods.

I went on to iCloud.com and Find My through there and the ‘remove’ option was gone for the watch, iPad and MacBook. The only option available to me on both the app and web version of Find My was to erase the device.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!
