Hearthstone app crashes on iPad 9th generation

Good afternoon, the hearthstone app crashes on my iPad 9. It only allows me to play the battlegrounds once in different languages. Then it crashes again. I'll write down what I did to make it work.

1. I reinstalled the game.

2. I unloaded the app.

3. I disabled automatic updates for all apps.

4. I forced a restart of my device.

5. I updated my iPad to the latest version of iOS.

6. I freed up some memory. Now there are about 10 GB free, in addition to those required for the game.

7. Changed the graphics to the minimum.

8. Disabled screen shaking

9. Disabled all background applications.

10 . Cleared the cache of the app store. Please help me. I really want to play.
