How do I create a shortcut that tells me when I need to leave for my next appointment?

The shortcuts app already has a great shortcut that estimates the actual time I need to leave for work in the morning. I would like another shortcut where I can ask Siri, "When I do need to leave for my next appointment?" and it will tell me the actual time I need to leave for the next appointment on my calendar. I tried creating something using ChatGPT, but it kept giving errors about missing information. I tried a variety of different prompts and feedback to resolve it, but nothing makes the shortcut actually work. Has anyone already put together that shortcut? If so, can you post screenshots for what the items look like?

TIA!

Siri would need to know where you are currently located and the GPS coordinates of your next appointment. It might be able to calculate the best/shortest route, or not, and very likely, would not alert you that that chosen route was closed this morning to construction or an accident. You would be late for your next appointment.

Long before there were iPhones, I flew from Detroit to an assortment of cities around the midwest, the west coast, or even internationally. On only one occasion over 11 years was I late for a scheduled appointment and that was due to the airline, not my planning or willingness to leave sufficiently early to meet the expected scheduling.
