iPhone 17 Pro Max connection issues with CarPlay in 2018 Cadillac Escalade
I just received the 17 MaxPro. I am having issues keeping the connection to Carplay in my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. Calls will just drop as well as disconnecting from maps and music. I didn't have any issues with my previous phones and my husbands 16 connects just fine. It is not a wireless carplay but I ordered a new cord directly from Apple hoping that would help - it has not. Here is a list of things I have tried:
New cord
Restarting phone
Restarting infotainment system
All systems are updated with the most current software
Is my car just too "old"? I'm really kind of at a loss
