Got Charged for HBO annual plan twice
I'm an annual subscriber to HBO using the apple payment system. I paid 169.99 on October 21st for the standard adfree plan. I logged in my HBO app and noticed that it was the ad supported plan and not the ad free plan that I paid for. So I tried to fixed that through the HBO app. When I tried to change it, it sent me to my apple subscriptions and asked if I wanted to change to the standard ad free plan. I agreed thinking the system knew I already paid for the entire year. Instead, it charged me again at the increased rate of 184.99. I'm trying to ask for a refund and hope they don't cancel my HBO sub. Shame on apple and HBO for not fixing this glitch.
