Error Code -50 When Importing Playlist from Time Machine Backup

I reformatte my mac, but first used Time Machine to back everything up. After reformatting, I was able to import my songs into Music app, but not my Playlists.

I first went to Music app > Library > Import Playlist > navigated to .musiclibrary file located in <username> / Music / musiclibray.musiclibrary on my hard drive (not from back up location), and I get error code -50. Sounds like it might be a permission setting, but I can't resolve it. I did right click on the file > Get Info > permission settings at the bottom show my user name with Read/Write permissions.

What else is missing??
