Apple Store refuses to let me :Get

Apple Store refuses to let me "get" Chat GPT. I have purchased Plus and it has run on this iMac. I deleted it when its voice responses started to be unintelligible now, I can not reload. Chat sent me this link and it does not work with. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chatgpt/id6448311069. It is running on an iBook, Mac Air & iPone in the same location. Please advise.
