Cannot cancel unwanted subscription

I recently purchased a hearing aid app with a 3-day free trial period. Upon tapping subscribe my bank notified me of a significant charge placed on my debit card as possible fraudulent charge. I immediately tried to cancel my order. However the purchase did not appear in my purchases tab on my Apple account. It still does not appear on my account on the 4th day.

i attempted to email the app website to ask for an immediate refund; no response.

Now what should I do?

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 26

Review the information in this support article by clicking on the link to learn how to cancel a subscription from Apple. ➔ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you subscribed to this directly with a third party, see: About purchases not billed through the App Store or the App Store’s In-App Purchase system - Apple Support instead. You need to work directly with the vendor, not Apple.

Where did you purchase this app from exactly?

Was the subscription activated from the Apple App Store? or from an email or website?

How did your bank notify you of this charge? Are you sure it's actually from the hearing aid makers?

Does the subscription appear on your Apple Account?

Did the bank block it?

Provide some details about the situation, and someone may be able to advise a course of action.
