iMac login keychain prompts for iCloudHelper, network proxy

I keep getting the pop ups mostly when I wake up my iMac. One is for com.apple.iCloudHelper, the other is Transparent network proxy for Apple system services. Both say they "want to use the login keychain. I enter my password and they dissappear. This is a new issue that started around Nov 8th 2025.

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

for iCoud issues I would sign out of your Apple ID/Account /iCloud on the Mac and back in again,

and compare your results

I thought your suggestion had it fixed. I did everything except the anti-virus (yes, I am paranoid). I didn't see those sign-in boxes last night or this morning until 11 AM on the East Coast. Then this one showed up again:

I have no idea what happened between the day they started appearing and the day before.

Windows-like viruses that self-replicate and affect macOS don’t exist because of the underlying UNIX Foundation and permission limitations.

Get rid of this useless software via the Developers specific Instructions

The macOS operating system resides in a sealed and read-only volume that can’t be opened by users or third-party applications.

Mac app security enhancements are sufficient to protect computers from malware.
